Student Body President

Student Body President is the highest-ranking official in the Student Government, and an ex-officio member of the UF Board of Trustees. The President is elected on a joint ticket with a Student Body Vice President in a campus-wide election in the Spring semester for a one-year term beginning May 1st.

Fun fact: Every Student Body President in recent memory has been a member of Florida Blue Key, although FBK as an organization has (unofficially) backed the losing candidate in two campus-wide elections (in 1992 and 2004).
