Student Body Treasurer

The Student Body Treasurer is an executive officer elected by the student body of the University of Florida. The Treasurer doesn't run jointly with the President and Vice-President but still has the option of being affiliated with the same political parties as the presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

The Student Body Treasurer has veto power in regards to financial legislation and is the signature of approval on most of the expenditures of Student A&S fees.

The Student Body Treasurer has the power to appoint assistant treasurers if he finds these positions to be necessary.
